US Orders
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We offer several shipping options available on your cart page at checkout.
• USPS Standard – $4.50
• USPS Priority – $5.99
• USPS Express – $24.99
• USPS International – $12.99
Q: What is the cutoff time for shipping out orders the same day?
A: If we receive your order by 11AM, priority and express orders will be shipped the same day. It is also likely that orders shipped USPS Standard will also be shipped the same day.
Q: How long will my order take to make and ship?
A: 98%+ of web orders ship in 1-2 business days. If there is ever a question about your order delay we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to get your order out.
Q: What method do you use to ship?
A: We use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class with Delivery Confirmation for Standard Shipping, and they do a terrific job and their service helps to keep your shipping costs low. Priority, Express and International options are also available on checkout.
Q: How long does USPS Standard Shipping take to deliver my item?
A: Depending on where you live, delivery time can vary substantially. We have found that most U.S. orders are delivered in 5-7 days. Domestic shipping time depends mostly on your proximity to Columbus, Ohio. For instance, orders in our metro area are usually delivered the next day.
Q: What are my shipping options?

Q: Is there a tracking number for my order?
A: Yes tracking information is available for orders shipped inside the United States. If your order has been shipped, an email which includes your USPS tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you.
If you have not received an email containing tracking information, we have either not yet shipped your item (in which case a tracking number has not yet been generated), or the email got lost on it’s way to you (check your spam folder, perhaps?). You can always contact us and specify your order number and we’ll get that information to you.
Q: Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: Yes, because we use the Postal Service, we are able to ship to post office boxes.
Q: I really need the shirt by a certain day, can you do that?
A: If you’re concerned about getting your package on time for a special event or as a gift, let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re happy. We also offer USPS Express Shipping which is an available option on the cart page.
Q: The tracking information says the item was delivered but I don’t have it.
A: Contact your local post office / mail room / doorman / neighbor to find out what they may have done with it. Once an item is delivered, we don’t have any additional information.
International Orders
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Yes. We use the U.S. Postal Service to originate the shipment. International orders can sometimes take much longer to deliver even though we send them out very quickly. In certain instances, we may need to contact you directly in order to complete your order.
Q: Do you have a tracking number for my international order?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently have tracking numbers for international orders.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. Debit cards are accepted just like credit cards.
Q: What about the security of my order information?
A: All SKREENED orders are processed through a secure web server and processed through authorize.net, a world leader in secure online credit card transactions.
Return Policy
Q: If I do have a return, what is the process?
A: The return process is below:
- Please send a quick email from you to help@skreened.com to let them know what’s up. Please include your order number.
- Once approved, we will reply with a .pdf file shipping label.
- Print out the label on your computer
- Affix it to your package & drop it in the mail.
- Once we receive it, your exchange goes to the top of the print cue.
Q: Is there anything you won’t accept as returned or exchanged?
A: We can not accept a return if your ordered the wrong sizing:
Please check the size and size chart carefully before you order. The American Apparel tee shirts that we print on are fitted and in many cases people find that they prefer a size or even 2 larger than they normally wear. The shirts are also very soft and not thick and cardboar-y like a lot of the cheaper, sweat-shop made shirts.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct size as we will not be able to accept a return or exchange if what you ordered does not fit.
Where are FeelGoodTees.com Tees made?
We’re proud to say that our manufacturer knits, cuts and sews all clothing in a downtown Los Angeles facility. Their employees are paid fair wages, so no sweatshops here!
Washing Instructions
Wash warm, and dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after the first wash.
Sizing
Q: How do your shirt sizes run?
A: Our shirt sizes run small, especially womens, which run very small.
- Mens: All styles of men’s shirts are cut as fitted tees (also known as a vintage fit). If you prefer a less fitted, or more traditionally loose look, we suggest you order a size up.
- Womens: Women’s shirts run very small. For example, Michelle, who is 5′5″ and weighs 125lbs wears a medium. It’s more of a juniors cut, and less of a women’s cut – but we wouldn’t say it just like that, necessarily. But yes, you should take the sizing chart seriously.
- Kids: Kids shirts run more true to size. Generally, the size of the garment corresponds to the child’s age. So an 8 year old would wear roughly a size 8. Obviously, every child is different, so please just use this as an estimate.
- Babies: Baby one-pieces run more true-to-size, as well. The sizes we carry correspond to the baby’s age. So an 6 month old would wear roughly a size 6-12 month. Obviously, every baby is different, so please just use this as an estimate.Please take measurements over your undergarments and if you are in-between measurements, please order the next size larger.
